About

The Muslim Writers Club is intended to be an interactive site where writers from around the world congregate to share valuable information about the art (and business) of writing.

Help make this site a rich resource for Muslim writers by contributing your own knowledge and insights. Right now, you can do the following:

Answer questions from readers. New questions are posted every Monday and need answers from many different perspectives, so don’t hesitate to add your voice!

Write a guest post. Write about (almost) any topic related to Islam, Muslims, and writing (keeping in mind that this is a family-oriented site). It’s okay if your post or article has been published on another blog or site. Just make sure that you own the copyright before submitting your post. Essays, interviews, informational articles, and book reviews are all welcome.

Share your writing. We are especially keen to publish works of Islamic fiction on the blog.

Write a book review. Support Muslim authors by reading their books and commenting on them.

Tell us about any events, contests, jobs, or other resources for Muslim writers we should know about.

Help get the word out. Subscribe to the blog, follow us on Twitter, and share our posts on social media.

Note: Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to every e-mail we receive. If you don’t hear back from us within a month regarding a blog submission, please assume that we have decided not to use it.

If you have any other ideas for the site we might be interested in, please share them below!

  1. Assalam-o-Alaikum.

I have a suggesstion that an option is needed for editing the individual/personal member profile or an e.mail of the owner of this website should be provided so that the members may be able to add any new information to their portfolio or request the owner to make the changes.

    Regards,

    – Stoori
