“Mommy, Who Is Allah?” is a series of books that revolve around a conversation between a mother and her child, introducing Allah, one or two related Attributes at a time. The first book focusses on Allah as The Creator, Al Khaliq.

WHY I WROTE IT:

I came up with the idea for the book and the series as a means of developing a more comprehensive understanding of Allah, thus inspiring a greater love and appreciation that will lead to a fuller and richer relationship between children and our Lord.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Susan Jones (Zainab) converted to Islam in 1999. She studied the religion in Dubai/Sharjah, UAE, and opened the only English based Islamic bookstore in the country. She also homeschooled for 8 years and taught English as a Second Language in the Middle East for roughly 15 years. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
