Ramadan Youth Writing Prompt – Day 11: When You Can’t Fast

Dear Readers: Each day in Ramadan, I am posting a prompt from my 2017 Ramadan Youth Journal, which is free to download for use in the home, the mosque, and elsewhere.

Please invite your children or students to post their responses below. I’d love to see their writing.

Did you answer the prompt, too? Feel free to add your thoughts. Let’s have fun with this.

Day #11: If you had a friend or family member who couldn’t fast due to illness or another legitimate reason, what else could that person do during the month of Ramadan in order to benefit from the month’s blessings? What advice would you offer that person?
